Each package is brushed by hand, so slight variations are part of its character.

Painted After Firing

Limoges boxes like this one are painted once the white porcelain has been fired, and the small metal mounts are fitted by hand. Set it on a mantel among the greenery, a side table near the tree, or an office desk to brighten the last weeks of the year. It makes a fine present for a coworker, a neighbor, a mail carrier or a hostess at a holiday party, a token that can come out again every December.
